I am very happy with the service, communication, and especially the honesty of Torsten, the owner, and all at Prestige Autohaus. I brought my Maserati in for brake pad and rotor service for all 4 wheels. After inspecting the car, Torsten let me know that the rear wheels didn't need service. I really appreciate that honesty. This was my first time using Prestige Autohaus' service. They did a rear brake job on my Porsche. Initially, after researching several shops, I spoke with Mr. Brune, the owner. I explained that I had recently purchased the car and was looking to work with someone that is knowledgeable and experienced in maintenance of these cars; I added that I was looking to develop a relationship with someone that could advise me of how best to take care of my dream car. I was impressed with his response, as well as the reviews I read afterwards. When I picked my car up Mr. Brune went over the service that was provided, including assuring me that the front brakes were in good shape. I intend to continue relying on him to service my car and considering having our Audi serviced there too.
