Dealer manufacturer's warranty ended. So, I researched to find a trust worthy East Bay shop to service my Macan. Torsten was responsive + helpful answering my pre-appointment question and provided a detailed estimate. He is a great communicator, friendly, offered fair pricing, and had my car finished on time. Prestige does all the service on my 2012 911S. They really know these cars and do honest work. They also are reasonable on what needs to be done now and what should be done in the future. I have never had an issue with any of their work.
