When I tell you that Tolston was an upstanding guy, please believe me! As a female, I am always aware of the different treatment that women get in the car industry. Tolston was upfront with his pricing, I didnt feel gauged, and not only did he provide the 40K mile service on my 21 Porsche he went above and beyond. He replaced my back windshield wiper and put a new battery in my fob for just the cost of the part. $10-$15. I will always go to him for my car services because he has built a trust between us. I am giving this review reluctantly because I want to be able to get quick appointments; however, he deserves this praise. Thank you Tolston and Zena (the newly adopted dog)

Prestige did a number of items to my Ferrari California. From regular service to repair of non working windshield wipers to changing out the wiring so that the large red lights in the trunk lid are now brake lights. They also facilitated having new tires installed by dropping of and picking up the car from American Tire. All done in a professional manner with great communication.

I had a great experience getting my VW Tiguan it’s 70k mile service at Prestige Autohaus. The owner Torsten is SO knowledgeable and gracious! The shop is no frills and an outstanding value - by keeping overhead low, he’s able to do high quality work at reasonable prices. It’s a short walk to Bondasso for coffee and WiFi while you wait for your car. I appreciated the educational discussion Torsten and I had about my car and never felt any mansplaining or anything but a skilled mechanic sharing his deep knowledge and advice. I’m so glad to have found Prestige Autohaus so I can keep my SUV running well!
