I feel confident and safe in my 2003 x5 because of the great routine service and care that Torsen gives to my BMW, it looks and drives like a much younger SAV because of Prestige!

Torsten was a very knowledgable and experienced Ferrari mechanic. When I brought in my 599 for the annual service he carefully walked me through the required service items, and explain to me the types of engine oil for this car. I also got a chance to tour his shop that has a 512 TR being serviced. The shop is conveniently located in Walnut Creek. I would definitely recommend it to other Ferrari owners.

Torsen at Prestige Autohaus was awesome! Services performed were on-time and actually less than quoted as he diagnosed a fault light quickly. As part of Prestige Autohaus service, he inspected the entire care and gave me a complete report of what may be needed in the future and what to watch out for. Unlike dealerships, there was no attempt to "up-sell". His love of cars, especially Italian, shows through. I feel much more comfortable owing a 10 year old Italian sports car knowing I now have a great mechanic to rely upon.

Always great and thorough

Service was top notch and very thorough. Thorston is easy going and he explains and takes time to what needs to be done and the process in how to do the job and what parts are need. My Ferrari was there longer than expected but I guess, It's to make sure there wont be any issues and have to bring it back. I would rather have it there a few months longer and take the time to do a thorough job than to come back with issues. Great shop and excellent service.. Thanks !
