I took in my new (old) Fiat after purchasing out of state and can’t clear CA Emissions. Torsten got me in right away so I could register the car. There are issues with codes and getting ready for emissions testing. Great guy, continues to work with and guide me to do what’s needed … and he’s not charged me because the issues seem computer related that a Fiat dealer may need to resolve.

Awesome diagnostic skills. While we’re still working on the issue, Thorsen did not jump into replacing a bunch of parts. (Dealership wanted to do just that). He’s been awesome to work with.

Thorsten the owner did took care of me and my problem with the none working A/C system of my 2013 Audi A3 TDI. The Audi Dealer estimated $5,500 !!! I paid about $1,500 here! Excellence and fast service, fair pricing. Highly recommended alternative to the totally overpriced dealership services. A win-win experience.
