Torsten and Prestige Autohaus are simply the best! If you own certain European makes and models you probably know that other mechanics are hesitant to even talk to you about it - not these guys. Torsten knew right away how to get to the bottom of issues my vehicle was having with passing smog, and provided prompt, courteous and high-quality service from there on out. I will definitely be returning and recommending other friends and family.

Got my Mini battery replaced by Torsten. He was very efficient and honest about everything and was able to take care of my car that very day. I’m so glad that there is a place nearby that I feel comfortable bringing it to for any future issues.

I have had my Bentley for 8 years and she's a 2009 Arnage Final Series. Because she's getting older - she needs special care because they don't make them like her anymore - sad to say. Eureka! I have found a great place for care and maintenance of my 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia!! Torsten at Prestige Autohaus took great care of the Alfa for the 30k maintenance, addressing all the items in the official Alfa Romeo maintenance plan and replacing some worn parts he noticed during his very thorough examination of the car that were not on the 30k maintenance list. He also did some impressive troubleshooting of alignment issues resulting in a much smoother ride with noticeably more control and solidity on the road. These were issues that other alignment shops coached me to tolerate. The shop loves Italian cars and it shows. The Berkeley and Walnut Creek dealer Alfa Romeo garages that have closed didn’t really specialize in Alfas anyway. There was no passion. You’ll find passion for Italian and German automobile marques at Prestige Autohaus. Highly recommended!!
